01

What is GreenMotive and what services do you offer?

GreenMotive is a technology-driven waste management and fleet solutions company serving municipal bodies and civic authorities. We offer end-to-end services including smart fleet management, GPS-enabled vehicle tracking, waste collection optimization, route planning, IoT smart bin integrations, and environmental compliance consulting.

02

Which cities and regions does GreenMotive currently serve?

We currently operate across 120+ cities throughout India. Our headquarters is located in Dankuni, Hooghly, West Bengal. We're actively expanding — if your city isn't yet covered, reach out to us and we'll discuss onboarding timelines.

03

Is GreenMotive only for government bodies or can private companies use it too?

While our primary clients are municipal corporations and civic service authorities, we also serve private sector organizations — including large industrial estates, residential complexes, and commercial facilities that require managed waste collection and fleet tracking services.

04

Is GreenMotive ISO certified?

Yes. GreenMotive holds ISO 14001 certification for environmental management systems, which was achieved in 2019. This certification validates that our operations meet international standards for minimizing environmental impact and continuously improving our sustainability performance.

01

How does GreenMotive's GPS fleet tracking work?

Each vehicle in our fleet is fitted with a GPS tracking unit that transmits real-time location, speed, idle time, and route data to our central dashboard. Fleet managers get live visibility across all vehicles, automated alerts for deviations, and detailed daily reports — all accessible from any device.

02

Can GreenMotive optimize collection routes automatically?

Yes. Our AI-powered route optimization engine analyzes traffic patterns, collection point density, vehicle capacity, and historical data to generate the most efficient daily routes. This typically reduces fuel costs by 18–25% and shortens collection cycle times significantly.

03

What happens if a vehicle breaks down during a route?

Our system immediately detects the stoppage and alerts the fleet control center. A replacement vehicle can be re-routed automatically to cover the remaining stops. We also offer predictive maintenance alerts that flag potential vehicle issues before they cause breakdowns, minimizing unplanned downtime.

04

How many vehicles can the fleet management system handle?

Our platform is fully scalable and currently manages 850+ vehicles across our active contracts. The system is architected to handle thousands of concurrent vehicles without performance degradation. There is no hard upper limit — it scales with your operational needs.

01

What types of waste does GreenMotive handle?

We handle municipal solid waste (MSW), dry recyclables, wet organic waste, construction & demolition debris, and hazardous waste streams (in partnership with licensed processors). Our segregation-at-source programs ensure maximum material recovery before disposal.

02

What is your average waste recycling rate?

Across all active contracts, GreenMotive achieves an average recycling and diversion rate of 95% — meaning only 5% of collected waste ends up in landfills. This is achieved through a combination of smart segregation, material recovery facilities, and partnerships with certified recycling processors.

03

How do IoT smart bins work in your system?

Our IoT-enabled smart bins are fitted with ultrasonic fill-level sensors that transmit real-time capacity data to our central platform. When a bin reaches 80% capacity, it triggers a collection request — so vehicles only visit bins that actually need emptying. This eliminates unnecessary trips and reduces overflow incidents by up to 70%.

01

How is GreenMotive's pricing structured?

Our pricing is contract-based and tailored to the scope of services, city size, fleet count, and contract duration. We offer both annual and multi-year agreements with volume discounts. Contact our sales team at info.motivegreentech@gmail.com for a customized quote.

02

Are there any setup or onboarding fees?

Setup fees depend on the scale of deployment — including hardware installation (GPS units, smart bins), system integration, and staff training. For large municipal contracts, setup costs are typically amortized into the service fee over the contract period, meaning no large upfront payment is required.

03

Do you offer pilot or trial programs before full contract sign-off?

Yes. We offer structured 60–90 day pilot programs for new municipal clients. The pilot covers a defined zone with a subset of fleet vehicles and collection points, allowing decision-makers to evaluate measurable outcomes — cost savings, efficiency gains, and reporting quality — before committing to full deployment.

01

What support is available after onboarding?

Every client is assigned a dedicated account manager and gets access to our 24/7 operations control center. Support includes live chat, phone, and email channels with guaranteed SLA response times. We also conduct quarterly business reviews to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.

02

How do I report a service issue or emergency?

For urgent operational issues, call our 24/7 support line at +91 91237 77677 or message us on WhatsApp for the fastest response. For non-urgent queries, email info.motivegreentech@gmail.com and expect a reply within 4 business hours.

03

Is staff training included in the service?

Yes. All contracts include onboarding training for operations managers, fleet supervisors, and control center staff. We also provide an online knowledge base, video tutorials, and periodic refresher workshops to keep your team up to speed with platform updates and best practices.
